Intera Yoga Participant Agreement

We're so glad you're here! 

 

Before participating in classes, workshops, or events with Intera Yoga, we ask that every participant complete this agreement. It helps us create a safe, respectful, and supportive experience for everyone in our community.

This only needs to be completed once for Intera Yoga (unless we mae significant updates to our agreement). Additional venue agreements may be required for certain host locations.

Photography & Video Permission

Intera Yoga occasionally photographs or records classes, workshops, and events to celebrate our community and share our offerings. We do NOT take photos or video without explicit consent, during practice. It will always be announced (usually before or after practice), so participnats know a photo or video is being taken, and can decide to opt in or out.


By signing this Participant Agreement, I grant Intera Yoga LLC permission to photograph or record my participation and to use those images or recordings for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without compensation.


If I prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, I understand that I may notify Intera Yoga in writing or inform my instructor before class, and reasonable efforts will be made to honor my request.
